When you get a full refund

• I do not deliver your audit within 3 business days of payment and intake.
• The audit does not give you at least one specific, actionable item to fix or verify.

When you do not get a refund

• A review request fails, or Google does not reinstate your account. I do not control Google's decision and I am not selling that outcome.
• The audit was delivered on time and found actionable items, and you decide not to act on it.

Stripe processing fees

A card refund does not return the processing fee to me. Stripe keeps that fee. So your refund is the amount I received, minus the processing fee.

The fee is a few percent of the payment plus a small fixed amount, and it varies with the card and the currency. You are refunded the remainder. This is the only part of a refund I cannot return, because I never receive it.

How to request a refund

Reply to your Stripe receipt email and say you want a refund. There is no form and no account to create.
